MARVEL Comics is counting on you to choose the TOP 70 covers of all time. There’s a website where you can search comic covers by artist, year, etc and choose 5 covers for the voting.
Here’s my choices:
Uncanny X-men #136
By John Byrne and Chris Claremont. To me, these two were part of the golden age of the X-men. It was hard to pick a cover that best represented Claremont’s style.
Astonishing X-Men #19
By Joss Whedon and John Cassaday. A must buy.
Ultimates #2
By Mark Miller and Bryan Hitch. The Ultimates like you never seen them.
New Avengers #28
By Brian Mendis and Leinil Yu.
House of M
By Brian Mendis and Brandon Petterson. He made Hawkeye cool for the first time. :P
I wish I could put something from Jim Lee, John Romita Jr, Buschema and many others but I had to narrow it down to just these 5.
