Nintendo MP3 Player for DS

Aug 29, 2006 Author: admin | Filed under: Blog, Games, Music

It seems like Nintendo has announced a new MP3 player in the works for the Nintendo DS and GBA. Although no release date was mentioned, the MP3 player will use SD cards with capacity up to 2GB and will have a shinny interface which will use the stylus we all love.

It’s great news, I love my DS Lite and I bring it with me everywhere. I’m eager to know more about this device from Nintendo itself, other alternatives don’t inspire me much trust. As an alternative for those who can run homebrew software, there’s also Moonshell which is a very good effort.

being sick on vacations is so lame

Aug 24, 2006 Author: admin | Filed under: Blog

I’ve been meaning to write something earlier but for my misfortune, when my vacations were almost over I’ve gotten ill. argh! How awfull, I even missed work for a few days.

Fortunately I seem to be better now and I have some surprises in store for the next weeks, my current project - 32 Cents - was renamed to weSpendMoney and there’s a development blog online and waiting for your comments and ideas. I’ve been learning alot from building this web app, I feel my Ruby on Rails skills improving and I’m enjoying more and more working on such a fantastic and well written framework.

Well, I’m off, gotta rest some more.

32 Cents

Two good new, the first one is that I’m officially on vacation (woohoo!). After a long period of struggling with Hibernate and other annoyances i’m finally able to rest a bit and recharge my batteries.

In other news, I’m working on a new web application called 32 Cents, it’s an online expense tracker built in Ruby On Rails, Ajax and MySQL. Me and the other guys are working hard to show the beta next month so let’s hope we make it on time to end the summer in big. The development blog is up but our designer in service isn’t available at the moment so I had to improvise something for the time being.

I’ll post more information in the following weeks on the ongoing development of 32Cents, meanwhile, continue to have a nice summer.
