I’ve just came back from London today, it was a very busy and fun week, I managed to see some famous landmark and attend the Web Development With Ruby On Rails course on SkillsMatter , teached by Chad Fowler.
London is a giant, multi-cultural, international, never sleeping, fantastic city!
Never in my wildest dreams would I predict what i’ve encountered. I had a really amazing time thare and I can’t wait to go back someday, for too many reasons to list here.

I wrote this text in my last day in the city, the weather has been good (again, against my predictions) so I could write outside on of the many cafés near Carnaby Street, while hearing music and drinking some cappucino (Starbucks is everywhere…), it’s wonderfull.

The SkillsMatter Course on Ruby On rails, including Chad Fowler, the staff, and the amazing peopele attending the class were a big part of this experience and have provided me with a great time and experiences. I really feel as if I learned alot, not only about Ruby on Rails buut also about the world (because Portugal is really, really small) and ultimately I think these experiences contributed to a more mature “me”.

I’ll post some photos soon (so people can laugh at my poor photografy skills) and will start working on some Rails experiences (like a plugin to implement Portuguese language rules…) as soon as I unpack and maybe rest a bit from the trip.
